Lena Ledoff, the author of the project combining the music of Frederick Chopin and Krzysztof Komeda, is an outstanding pianist and composer. She was born in Sankt Petersburg and graduated from the Academy of Music in Voronezh. She taught jazz at Yanka Kupała State University in Belorus. Since 1994 she has been living in Poland. She gave concerts in France, Russia and the Czech Republic, and during many festivals in Poland, among others, Jazz Jamboree and Camerimage. She released four albums.
